WHAT IS SMART ROOMS?

SMART ROOMS is an adventure game that takes place inside of a locked room. Groups of up to 8 people are given 60 minutes to find clues, apply elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, and eventually relate them to the exit door code to escape!

Your group will work together to find clues and solve puzzles that eventually lead to your (hopeful) escape. Some clues are fairly easy, while others might have you scratching your head (please avoid scratching the heads of strangers). No special skills are needed. Communicate with each other, search the rooms carefully, and if you get stuck, move on to another area or a different puzzle.

Your event will begin 10 minutes prior to your booking time with a briefing by our staff, where we'll review the rules, explain the situation you will be entering, and answer any questions you may have. Then, you'll be led into the room, the door will be locked behind you, and your 60 minutes to escape will begin. You'll either succeed and crack the code to get out or we'll unlock the door when your time runs out. Many groups who enter will not succeed in escaping within the hour limit (68% of the groups fail to escape). Don't worry, you'll have fun whether you escape or not!

At the end of your game, we'll recap how you progressed, answer any questions you may have about the remaining puzzles inside the room, and give you a chance to purchase T-shirts (discounted shirts available for successful groups!). Plan on spending a total of about 80 minutes with us from start to finish.
